What happens when you delete your account

• Your profile will be permanently removed from Cuaa
• All previously shared QR codes will stop working
• Your handle and vanity URL will be released and may be claimed by someone else
• People who saved your QR code will no longer see your profile
• Your scan history and connections will be erased
• If you have a paid subscription, it will not be automatically cancelled — please cancel it in your device's subscription settings first

How to delete your account

Option 1 — In the app: Open Cuaa → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This deletes your account and all data immediately.

Option 2 — By email: Send an email to contact@nexlyr.uk with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address or handle associated with your account.

Timeline

We will process your request and permanently delete all associated data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Alternative: Sign out

If you just want to stop using Cuaa temporarily, you can sign out from Settings in the app. Your data will remain intact and you can sign back in at any time.
